How To Add Meta Tags To Each Blogger Posts ?

  1. Go to Blogger Dashboard > Design > Edit HTML.
  2. Backup/Download your full template.
  3. Find below code in your template.

<title><data:blog.pageName/> | <data:blog.title/></title>

Paste the below code just after/below of above ▲ code.

<meta expr:content='data:blog.pageName' name='description'/>

That's all.Now get ready to get a little more hits than before.

what does this code do with my blog ?

Just take it very simple.If anyone searches about your blog on google or any other search engine .Then he/she would see a description written by you beneath the name of your blog as shown in the picture below. When it comes to a post page, that is, if he/she searches for some content, say "Add meta tags to each blogger post", then the post title would be the meta description that appears on the post page.
